A recent photo proves Sean Penn seems to be moving on just fine from his headline-making split with Australian actress Charlize Theron.
The 55-year-old actor was spotted at the Hollywood launch of the Parker Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy getting extra close with a young Hollywood actress -- "Friday Night Lights" star Minka Kelly.

Mr. Penn seems to gravitate toward younger women so a relationship with 35-year-old Kelly wouldn't be much of a shocker. Theron, his former flame, is only five years older at 40.
Penn looked dapper in a black-and-navy suit, but it was the stunning brunette who stole the show in a floral floor-length frock. We can only imagine what the hunky celeb was thinking when he first saw her.
Back in July, Penn was among Kelly's guests at her birthday bash at Thomas Keller's exclusive Napa restaurant. The "Gangster Squad" actor reportedly picked up the pricey tab, according to US Weekly.
Although we wouldn't be opposed to this unexpected pair, where's Tim Riggins when you need him?
