Toilet for rent in London for over $4,200 a month

When it comes to sky-high rent prices, London is truly giving San Francisco a run for its money.
The U.K. sees the San Fran man who lived in a box for $400 a month and raises it one toilet for $4,200 a month.
Seriously. A builder named James Atherton has listed his spare toilet for rent.
Atherton is banking on proposed plans to close the public bathrooms nearby, so he's dubbed it a "toilet space" to entice bus drivers in the area.
Although, if he were really thinking in real estate terms, he'd bill it as a spacious half-half-bath, since it's a toilet with no sink.
The 10 most expensive cities to live in the world:
Atherton's idea might not be entirely far-fetched. A UBS Prices and Earnings study looked at cities all over the globe to find the most expensive renting rates.
London came in third, with an average price of $2,840 for a two-bedroom space.
The owner says the $4,200-a-month toilet hasn't been used in years but is in good condition.
Still, you'd think Atherton could at least install a new one, considering the toilet itself costs a fraction of price.
Then again, small spaces are all the rage right now, so perhaps this scheme will kickstart a new reality show: "Tiny Toilet Nation."
