It's a busy week for stars!

On Sunday, dozens of A-listers gathered at the MTV Movie Awards and made sure to share some fun photos. One of the best photos was Zac Efron's bromantic snap with The Rock backstage at the show. In other news, Cyndi Lauper got a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Justin Bieber is back to serenading us on the piano, and dozens of stars are still soaking up Spring Break.
