Goat in desperate need of a frappuccino wanders into a local Starbucks
Sometimes you need your morning latte really baaaad.
A goat named Millie broke into a local Starbucks in Rohnert Park, California, apparently in need of a caffeine jolt.
Dispatchers received several calls about Millie wandering around Wolf Den Plaza, a strip mall where the Starbucks is located, early on Sunday morning, it says on the Rohnert Park Police and Fire Facebook page.
According to CBS, employees who were opening at the Starbucks tried feeding the goat a banana, but she kept chewing on a box, in typical goat fashion. Police were happy to see she was in a large dog crate by the time they arrived at the coffee shop.
Apparently, Starbucks was not the only stop on the friendly goat's journey for a coffee fix. She also stopped by a nearby 7-11, to the delight of some other shoppers there, said Buzzfeed.
Millie was taken to the local animal shelter after being apprehended and a call was put out to find her owners. After viewing a news report, Millie's owners quickly sprung her free and she is now safe and sound at home.
Hopefully they have some nice dark roast stocked in the pantry.
