China celebrates spring with the annual peony festival

Tourists flocked to Luoyang, China, over the weekend to celebrate spring and the arrival of the peony, China's national flower. The annual peony festival is celebrating its 34th year.

Various kinds of flowers bloom in the Luoyang National Peony Garden, which is one of the oldest in the nation.
