Tyler has been using drugs for the past 10 years, including heroin and cocaine.
While Tyler -- who has been arrested 14 times and gone through drug treatment programs nine different times – and his family struggle to get Tyler's life back on track, Dr. Phil asked Tyler to undergo a brain scan to look at the dramatic impact his drug use has had on his brain.
