Thanks to amazing TV landscape, we have been graced with a ton of pretty incredible TV moms throughout the years. These moms were just like yours...except they don't yell at you to clean your room. With Mother's Day coming up, we decided to round up the most iconic TV moms in show history!
We could not think of a better mom in this day in age. She loves her family, loves to embarrass her children, and has a relationship with her husband that is just the cutest. Also, could this picture be any more relatable?
Is she a bit crazy? Yes. But that is one of the reasons we love her. Jamal, Hakeem, and Andre have gone toe to toe, or broom to face, with their mother, and her husband Lucious hasn't always been on her good side, but that doesn't mean she's not iconic.
Saving the best for last, Lorelai Gilmore is the ultimate mom. Whether it's her witty and sarcastic banter, the countless pop culture references, or the fact that she is the best mix of mom and best friend, Lorelai is the coolest mom there is.

2015 TV Characters We Love, Hate & Love To Hate
10 of the most iconic moms in TV history, ranked
LOVE: DEV SHAH, "MASTER OF NONE"
Aziz Ansari whipped up the most relatable 20-something character on TV with his role in the highly-acclaimed Netflix show, "Master of None." We were right there with him, from bad first dates to dealing with his first-generation parents and everything inbetween.
HATE -- LUCIOUS LYON, "EMPIRE"
Between being a miserable homophobe, racist and pitting his three sons against each other, Lucious Lyon is arguably the worst father in the fictional world -- and it doesn't stop there. He also cheated on his fiancé, sabotaged scores of business partners and killed his best buddy without batting an eye.

LOVE TO HATE: THE ENTIRE CAST, "HOW TO GET AWAY WITH MURDER"
All characters' redeeming qualities were buried with the scores of corpses on the show this season -- even poor Bonnie fell from grace -- and yet, we're still tuning in every Thursday to see what Annalise Keating and gang cook up next.

LOVE: ELLIOT ALDERSON, "MR. ROBOT"
We'd probably be a bit spooked to meet Elliot in person -- he's no people person. But we're totally enthralled to follow the vigilante hacker through the twists and turns of the show's wild plotline. It's really no wonder Malek raked in awards show nods this winter.

HATE: KILGRAVE, "MARVEL'S JESSICA JONES"
An oblivious rapist, unforgiving murderer and ragiing narcissist -- need we say more?
LOVE: ALBA VILLANUEVA AKA ABUELA, "JANE THE VIRGIN"
Nearly everyone on "Jane The Virgin" is totally lovable, but Alba really does it for us with her solid advice for Jane and character ... She even makes her citizenship woes absolutely adorable!

HATE: PIPER, "ORANGE IS THE NEW BLACK"
Poor Piper's popularity took a hit when her personality took a turn for the worse on "OITNB," and she started sabotaging scores of fellow inmates. Sorry, Piper, you'll need to make a serious sacrifice to get back in our good graces.

LOVE: TITUS ANDROMEDON, "UNBREAKABLE KIMMY SCHMIDT"
It's been months, but we're still belting "Pinot Noir" in the shower.
HATE: RAMSAY BOLTON, "GAME OF THRONES"
Where to begin? We can't wait for this sociopath to get the brutal "GoT" death he deserves á la Joffrey Baratheon.
LOVE TO HATE: SELINA MEYER, "VEEP"
We're sure it's much easier watching Selina Meyer in action than working with her. While we recognize her total neuroticism, questionable parenting skills and selfishness, the "Veep" consistently has us laughing out loud.
LOVE: ILANA WEXLER & ABBI ABRAMS, "BROAD CITY"
When are we getting our guest spot on "Broad City?" We would give anything to hang out with this dynamic duo for a day, but for now, we'll just tune in on Comedy Central.

HATE: PABLO ESCOBAR, "NARCOS"
Wagner Moura expertly portrays the never-satisfied druglord, Pablo Escobar, in the new Netflix original "Narcos," sparking deep-seeded anger and frustration toward the kingpin in all audiences.
LOVE TO HATE: CERSEI LANNISTER, "GAME OF THRONES"
Just one season ago, there was no love lost between us and Cersei Lannister, but this season, we began to respect her cunning, albeit atrocious, acts. And of course, her vulnerable "walk of shame" had us feeling a touch of sympathy.

LOVE: COOKIE LYON, "EMPIRE"
Arguably the only reason we're still watching "Empire" after a lackluster season, Cookie Lyon is #goals exemplified. The matriarch of the conflict-ridden Lyon family serves up the best one-liners and a sprinkle of reason the show desperately needs.
