Kristin Cavallari hits the pool with her breast pump

Now we know how Kristin Cavallari balances motherhood and her busy career -- she multi-tasks.

The mother-of-three shared a very candid photo on Thursday where she was posing poolside in a striped bikini and holding up her breast pump. Cavallari captioned the snap, "Thank you @inspirato for this gorgeous view while I pump 🙌🏻#DutyCalls#Inspirato."

The 29-year-old mom gave birth to her daughter, Saylor, in November and appears to still be providing her daughter with sustenance.

Cavallari definitely hasn't been shy about how the demands of being a mom. Three weeks ago she was clad in a glamorous black dress and heels and was spotted pumping in a New York City office. She captioned the photo, "The glamorous side of the#BalancinginHeels#BookTour."

While many moms are often nervous about sharing some of the tasks of being a mom, K.Cav is putting it all out there and we'll give her a round of applause for that.
