2016 ACM Awards red carpet arrivals

The 2016 ACM Award red carpet arrivals were hot, hot, hot.

Sexy slits, sparkles, and plunging necklines were the hot trends at the 2016 ACM Awards in Las Vegas on Sunday.

Miranda Lambert kicked off the plunging trend this year in a bright yellow dress with a seriously sultry neckline and slit. Kacey Musgraves followed suit with a black dress with a deep neckline. She went for a vamp style with slicked back tresses and dark makeup.

Country's favorite gal Carrie Underwood sparkled in a sheer, gold dress with sparkly detailing throughout. She was nearly outdone though by Nicole Kidman, who attended the show with her husband, Keith Urban. Kidman's sparkling look also had sheer sections and had a very intricate pattern throughout.

Perhaps the biggest surprise of the night was Katy Perry who attended the award show in a neon blue jacket and skirt combo. She went "full country" with a huge belt buckle and a pair of cowgirl boots.
