How to make the perfect nachos for tonight's Final Four games

2 Point Lead: Buffalo Queso Nachos

Whether you're hosting a gathering for Saturday's Final Four matchups, or feel obligated to bring a tasty snack to a friend's party (or even if you want nothing to do with sports and just love nachos), we have the perfect treat for you.

Buffalo queso nachos.

Your favorite nachos you know and love, topped off with spicy chicken and crumbled blue cheese. How could you go wrong?

Take a look at the video above to see how you can whip up this incredibly easy-to-make recipe, courtesy of Nicole Bernard Dawes.

Buffalo Queso Nachos
Ingredients:
- 1 Bag Late July Buffalo Queso Tortilla Chips
- 2 cups freshly shredded Cheddar, Monterey Jack or Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 cup-3/4 cup Blue Cheese Crumbles
- sliced celery
- sliced jalapeños
- cilantro
Optional: shredded chicken (seasoned with garlic, onion, paprika, salt & pepper or buffalo sauce)

Preheat oven to 375 and line a baking sheet with parchment. Spread tortilla chips evenly on the baking sheet, layering the shredded cheese and shredded seasoned chicken. Bake until the cheese has melted, approximately 5 minutes. Serve on platter and sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles, sliced jalapeños, sliced celery & cilantro.
