David Gellineau, a Canadian yoga instructor, posted an old photo of Trudeau performing an impressive plank like move known as the "peacock pose" or mayurasana on Facebook this week and naturally yogis of the Internet went insane.

According to Yoga Journal, the pose represents "big things, like immortality and love," which are two things that's safe to assume the liberal leader believes in.

This wasn't the first time Trudeau flaunted his love for the disciplined physical activity either.

In 2015, Trudeau was caught in a full suit hitting a tree pose with his wife Sophie.
