Hilary Swank celebrated engagement with intimate dinner

Hilary Swank is soaking up then newly-engaged bliss!

The Oscar-winning actress announced she was engaged to tennis pro Ruben Torres on Tuesday and on Thursday she shared a sweet snap of a celebratory dinner for their engagement. In the photo the 41-year-old actress is smiling ear-to-ear and flashing her brand new sapphire and diamond sparkler.

Torres looks equally happy in the snap and is clutching his new fiancee. This is the second look we've gotten at Swank's new bling. On Tuesday she showed off her ring when she announced the news of her engagement on Instagram.

"Went on a hike and this happened!" the Oscar-winning actress captioned the selfie with a clear blue sky in the background. "I am so happy to share with you all this exciting and incredible news ... the engagement to my dear Ruben!!! #Engaged"

Swank and Torres reportedly starting dating last summer and made first official appearance as a couple in December at the Vanity Fair & NSU Art Museum's Private Dinner.

Swank was previously married to actor Chad Lowe for 10 years before their divorce in 2007. Torres is a former tennis player-turned-financial advisor from Colombia.
