Ludwik is the hairless guinea pig you never knew you wanted

While a hairless guinea pig might be the last pet you planned on adding to your circle, social media star Ludwik is on a mission to change all of that.
With over 37K fans on Instagram, Ludwik is gaining fame and followers for his adorable daily snaps featuring him eating, posing, napping -- and did we mention eating?

The tiny model uses his favorite foods as props in his photos, mainly keeping it healthy with items like broccoli, pears, tomatoes and grapes. He has to maintain his figure after all -- he is a nude model!
In an interview with The Dodo, his owner Agata Nowacka said, "He seems to enjoy his photo session, and sometimes he even falls asleep, so I think he feels very comfortable." She continues saying, "What is funny about Ludwik is the fact that he can fall asleep even during his vet's appointment. [...] He could spend most of his day in his blue polar blanket on my lap."
Nowacka also uses her account to shed light on the teeny critters that often go unnoticed in pet stores. "When I first saw him at that pet store he was so poor and so skinny," Agata says. After realizing that he was suffering from multiple illnesses including pneumonia and conjunctivitis and wasn't receiving treatment for either, Agata snapped him up and gave him the proper care and a loving home.
