Former 'Bachelor' contestant dies in plane crash
Erin Storm, a former Season 12 contestant on ABC's "The Bachelor," has died in a plane crash, TheWrap has learned.
On Monday, a small airplane crashed in Hawthorne, California, where according to an official press release, officers found a single-seat aircraft on fire. A nearby construction worker witnessed the crash and was able to pull the pilot from the wreckage before emergency services arrived.

While the Hawthorne Police Department were not able to confirm the identity of the deceased, a company she was a pilot for, Pacific Blue Air, confirmed the news to TheWrap.

Storm was on Matt Grant's season of "The Bachelor." ABC has not yet responded to TheWrap's request for comment.
