HGTV's power couple Chip and Joanna Gaines of "Fixer Upper" are sharing their story with the world in a new book, "The Magnolia Story" and it's already a major hit.
The husband-and-wife team will release the book on Oct. 18, 2016, but it's already ranked No. 1 on Amazon for pre-sale. The page-turner will be all about the star couple's road to success, their first renovations, and a behind-the-scenes look at their life together. The book will even go into how the pair first met ... and it's a pretty unlikely story.The duo both went to Baylor University, but they never actually connected during their college years. Instead, they met at a bizarre place ... a tried store. Chip checked his car into the local Firestone tire shop and Joanna worked behind the counter. Talk about fate.
Beyond their cute love story, the book will likely be a great read (and even a great gift idea) for design and HGTV enthusiasts ahead of the winter holidays.
