How to Get Away With Murder star Charlie Weber and wife Giselle are calling it quits.

According to court documents obtained by ET, the 37-year-old actor filed for divorce on Feb. 23, after being married for nine months. The papers cite irreconcilable differences.

The estranged couple have no children together, and the papers state that they have a prenuptial agreement dated April 17, 2015, which could make for a less messy split.

Last year, Weber opened up to ET about his then-engagement shortly after proposing to Giselle.

"I actually bought the ring in Philadelphia when we were shooting the [HTGAWM] pilot," Weber revealed. "I went home and I think I texted her that I wanted to just cook her dinner, tried to be real sneaky about it. So I just made a nice dinner, we had a nice bottle of wine. I asked her to wait here for a second and went and got the ring and got on my knee and asked."

Interestingly, on Valentine's Day, Weber posted a picture of himself kissing a dog.
