EXCLUSIVE: Witney Carson dishes on married life and preparing for a new season of 'DWTS' without Derek Hough
Dancing With the Stars pro Witney Carson tied the knot with her sweetheart, Carson McAllister, on New Year's Day, and the 22-year-old dancer cannot stop gushing about married life!
"It's the best!" Carson told ET on the "orange carpet" at Saturday's Kids' Choice Awards. "I feel like everyone should get married. It's seriously so much fun! I'm having a blast. We're just enjoying being together in L.A."

The dancing pro was also effusive about her partner for the upcoming season of DWTS, Denver Broncos linebacker Von Miller.

"He's picking up things so quick. He's great on choreography. He's an amazing student," she gushed. "I love that because I get to boss a big football player around."
Football players tend to fare well on the reality competition show -- former NFL pros Emmitt Smith, Hines Ward and Donald Driver have all taken home the mirror ball trophy -- but that doesn't make Miller a shoe-in this season. Two other legends of the gridiron, Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown and former NFL and CFL quarterback Doug Flutie, will both be lacing up their dancing shoes alongside Carson and her partner.
"I'm super excited but it is kind of scary because there's two other athletes," she admitted. "I cringed when I heard there were two other football players, but we've just got to make him stand out!"
Standing out won't be hard for the 2016 Super Bowl MVP, who's known around the league for his signature style and outspoken personality. Carson says the pair are bringing that attitude to their week one foxtrot performance.
"It's not a normal foxtrot song. It's kind of a little bit more pop-y," she said of the selection. "It's going to be good! It kind of shows his personality as well as his dance moves."
This season of DWTS will be the first without Derek Hough since the 30-year-old dancer and choreographer joined the cast of pros in season five, and Carson said the atmosphere will definitely be different.
"Derek is a big part of the show. He's been around for a long time. He's one of the main people on the show, so to have him gone? It's going to be weird, honestly," she admitted. "It's going to feel like we're missing someone always ... I just hope for the best, and he'll be missed for sure."
