Heartwarming photos of clown doctors cheering up children in Gaza

In conflict-ridden Gaza, clowns are bringing joy to children at Abdel Aziz al-Rantisi Hospital.

Alaa Magdad was bullied as a kid for his dwarfism and often ended up in the hospital because children threw rocks at him. He became depressed. But then he decided turn his life around and bring joy to children in hospitals, since he had been there frequently.

He says the children run to the clowns when they arrive and it makes their day.
