The actress, 39, was spotted catching some rays in Mexico after the Oscars in a sexy La Blanca red one-piece that featured a deep, cleavage-baring neckline and again in a plunging black Ted Baker swimsuit with an even deeper V.

Witherspoon last reprised her role as the ditzy blonde-turned-attorney in "Legally Blonde 2," and the actress recently revealed she wouldn't be opposed to tapping into the character again in a third flick.
"A lot of writers over the years have come up with different ideas for it," Witherspoon she said on "Fashionably Late with Rachel Zoe." "I actually think it's kind of great right now because we're talking about women in politics and how important that is to get more women. And I think it'd be kind of a cool thing to have her be a Supreme Court justice or someone who runs for office."
We don't know about you, but we'd love to see Elle Woods bend her snap her way into the Oval Office!
