Kolor her surprised. Khloé Kardashian, in person slender and toned and ridiculously funny, is shocked at the crazy-positive response to her best-selling book, "Strong Looks Better Naked."

"It was something I was asked a lot (about) on social. Give me advice. Really people want to hear my advice? If this helps two people, I'm grateful," she says, adding that she never envisioned the tome on any best-seller lists.

Which means she's not averse to penning a second one. Albeit, not about fitness or health.

"I'll probably write another book but I don't know if (it will be) about workout stuff. I've learned to never say never these days. I don't know what the hell is going to happen," she says, openly adding she had the help of a ghostwriter. "I didn't know how therapeutic it would be for me. I did not want it to go to the printer. I rewrote it at least 18 times. I'm super-controlling."

How about instead, we call her a perfectionist? "I like that. I call that OCD," says Kardashian.

She says every word in the book came from her, because she doesn't dump her name on stuff that doesn't resonate with her. "I don't believe in that," she says.

Kardashian is in town to promote Allergan's Live Chin Up campaign, which aims to encourage people to overcome things that stand in their way. Kardashian, who's been through a failed marriage and weight issues in public, can relate.

"I try to only be involved with things that I'm passionate about and share the same message that I share. I'm very honest. With the Chin Up movement – their philosophy is, stick true to who you are and don't let the things that bother you get in your way. Use your weaknesses as your positives. I'm not going to sit in a corner and be somber and pity myself," she says.

Instead, she's focusing on the future, which looks bright, and busy. Her libation-fueled gab-fest "Kocktails With Khloé" is coming back with 15 more episodes. So far, Kardashian has shot the breeze with Snoop Dogg, Aisha Tyler and Kat DeLuna.

"I start filming on Wednesday. I like being surprised by people. I just had Dita von Teese on. She's amazing. She's a beautiful woman, the epitome of a woman. When I met her, she's so engaging and beautifully spoken. She was very open. I loved interviewing her," says Kardashian.

Her dream guests are pretty much the same as ours: "I love Rihanna and Beyonce. I think Rihanna would drink on the show and I don't know if Beyonce would. I want someone who's going to drink and get kind of wild," she says.

Speaking of uncensored, Kardashian's social media presence is the antithesis of the promotional, sanitized, bland feeds of many of her contemporaries. She sounds off on the personal, the professional, and her verbose brother-in-law, Kanye West.

"I just share. Probably Kanye for president all the time. I want to be like everyone else who gets to Tweet and Instagram whatever the (expletive) they want. I forget that I have so many people following me," she says.

She does think before she posts. Her two editors: sisters Kim and Kourtney. Their advice: wait five minutes to see if you're still thinking about it. And then wait five more. "I have to send them what I'm going to Tweet before. We're in a group chat room. And they're always like, 'Don't, we're going to kill you,'" she says.

Lately, Kardashian has been killing it in public, with elegant ensembles and a bangin' body. Her rule is simple: less is usually way more. "We used to have the smoky eye all the time with a red lip and the lashes. You know they say before you leave the room, remove one accessory? It's kind of the same with my face," she says. "And staying true to you. That comes with age. I used to follow the trends. Or what are my sisters wearing. Let me try to do what they do. I've learned that you're ok on your own."

Her most cringe-worthy beauty moment: her stint with bangs. And then, having to grow them out. Now, says Kardashian, she takes about 30 minutes to get ready when she's doing her glam herself, saying she's "super-easy" about putting her face on. Otherwise, she's about prevention and maintenance.

"We get our hair done all the time. I bleach my hair. I have learned to take care of myself more. Every week I put coconut oil in my hair. When you're young and in your 20s, you just don't give (an expletive)," she says.
