Iggy Pop's penis has finally been recognized as a work of art.

After years of popping it out on stage, smearing it in peanut butter and letting it vibrate on speakers, Pop unleashed his Raw Power on a life drawing class at the New York Academy of Art on Feb. 21.

His nude form was rendered by 21 different artists, ages 19 to 80. The drawings they made will find their way to the Brooklyn Museum in the fall of 2016 for an exhibit called Iggy Pop Life Class, conceived by Jeremy Deller. Though really, it should have been called Iggy Pop's Lust for Life Class.
