James Corden tries to sell Tyga a $20 million house -- But thinks he'll need a bigger bed
Would Kylie Jenner approve of this purchase?
On Monday's Late Late Show, James Corden helped out Bravo's Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles real estate agent, David Parnes, sell a $20 million, furnished house to rapper Tyga -- and the host was quick to call out all the great party features in the home.

Sitting with Jenner's on-again, off-again boyfriend, Corden took notice that a "few girls" could fit on the couch and a guy could sit in the chair, who's "only there because he's got drugs."
"I mean it's worth bearing in mind that there is not a surface in this house that you can't do cocaine off of," the late-night host quipped.

Corden also showcased the acoustics in the shower by having Tyga rap while he beat boxed.
However, not everything in the home was up to par. The TV personality measured the bed using his body and determined that only four people could fit in it. "I don't want this to be a room for forgies. I want this to be a room of five and sixgies," Corden joked.

He then showed how small tub was by crawling into it with Tyga's friend and pointing out that a "big girl" wouldn't be able to fit.
While Tyga had a few laughs with the Late Late Show host, Parnes wasn't convinced that the "Stimulated" rapper would be purchasing the house. Corden felt differently, touting to the real estate agent, "You're welcome."

Jenner's beau didn't make a big buy, but her brother Rob Kardashian certainly moved into swanky pad. Last week, a source confirmed to ET that Kris Jenner bought a house for her son under the family trust in an upscale gated community in Calabasas, California.
"Rob has been looking at homes on and off for a while," the source said. "The deal closed just last week and he is in the process of moving in. The family is all really excited about his move and him gaining his independence."
