You're now working with Tattify on a new line of temporary tattoos -- was this always a trend you were into?
I loved the flash tattoo trend and temporary tattoos for a while now. I used to wear them a lot in metallic, but now I wear them a lot in white which is really cool, since we have a white version in the Tattify collection. I wasn't sure for a while how those would turn out, but I love it because it's a really cool fashion accessory. It's almost like jewelry, but it's not obviously. I don't wear a lot of jewelry personally, so for me, these are a really good alternative.

And this is really the first time I've seen other than the festival scene. It seems like you're creating them into more of a staple than something that's seasonal.
Exactly. That's exactly what I was going for. I'm here at Fashion Week, it's not warm outside and it's definitely not like a Coachella, but I still find time to use the tattoos. They go great with outfits as a chocker or hand piece, or just by itself as a tattoo. It's really cool to be able to have that as part of an accessory lineup.

You recently teamed up with A$AP Rocky to be part of his GUESS Campaign. What was that like?
It was really interesting and fun to shoot along Asap and his crew. It was fun because they were really just doing everything on the fly; it was almost like guerrilla style, so you go here shoot, and really just going with the flow. It was a hipster vibe to it, which I loved, since all the photos were Polaroid images. I thought it was a really creative atmosphere and I enjoyed it.

And what was A$AP like in person?
He's very much a New Yorker; he knows exactly what he wants as far his project goes and knows how to say, "we're going to do this and this." He's very creative and such a cool guy.

The GUESS Campaign is so interesting because it acts as almost an anti-photoshoot. Did you find you like the experience
I like both -- there's pros and cons to either the traditional shoot or an untraditional one. During the shoot, it ran so much longer than expected and I actually had to film something for BET at the same day and both jobs overlapped. So I had to leave, go shoot this project for BET, and then come back to the shoot in the middle of it all. Because it's on the fly, I was really stressed out; I had so much to do and I didn't want to let anyone down. I hate being late and hate canceling. I'm very punctual and have been for my whole life, like I've never been tardy to class or anything, so in that situation I was super stressed out. And with traditional shoots, you kind of know exactly what you're doing so it's more relaxed in a sense from the planning aspect. But I'm down for either, I'll make it work.
