Johnny Manziel was filmed drinking at a nightclub hours after his domestic violence case was sent to a grand jury

Johnny Manziel has been mostly unseen over recent weeks, since ugly details of his domestic violence case emerged earlier this month. But, given his recent habits since the football season ended in January, it seemed like only a matter of time until the next troubling piece of Manziel news popped up. And here it is.
On Thursday, the same day that his domestic violence case was referred to a grand jury, Manziel was spotted at a Miami nightclub in a hat and sunglasses apparently drinking straight from a bottle of champagne.

On Feb. 8, it was revealed through court a affidavit that Manziel struck then-girlfriend Colleen Crowley in the head several times, rupturing her eardrum and causing hearing loss.
"He hit me with his open hand on my left ear for jumping out of the car," Crowley said in the affidavit, dated Feb. 3. "I realized immediately that I could not hear out of that ear, and I cannot today."
Manziel has not yet been arrested or charged in the Class A misdemeanor Assault/Domestic Violence case.
