Ben Affleck sneaks Matt Damon onto 'Jimmy Kimmel Live!'

Matt Damon and Jimmy Kimmel have been feuding for years, with the late-night host repeatedly "running out of time" to have him on the show.

But it turns out all "The Martian" actor needed to get onto "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" was a helping hand from his best friend.

In a special post-Oscars episode of the ABC late-night show — which is conveniently filmed across the street from the Academy Awards venue on Hollywood Blvd. — Affleck came onto the stage wearing a bulky fat suit.

"What have you got, a monkey under there? What's happening here?" Kimmel asked as he prodded his stomach.

When Kimmel ripped open the jacket, Damon — still in his tuxedo from the Oscars — busted out.

"I just think it's gone on long enough, I think it is time to bury the hatchet," Affleck pleaded on his Boston buddy's behalf.

But Kimmel wasn't budging: "You are ruining the Oscars show ... this is trespassing, I could have you arrested right now," he threatened. "There was not a plus one on your invitation," he told Affleck.

"I was nominated for an Oscar and I can't get on the Oscars show," Damon marveled.
