Oprah Winfrey is completely revamping a new home: the Seamair Farm, a California ranch house designed by architect Cliff May and built in 1955. One of the largest properties in Montecito, the secluded single-story residence has stunning views of the Santa Ynez Mountains and the Pacific Ocean and is just an hour and a half from Los Angeles. Behind the wood-siding–clad façade, the current interiors feature an open floor plan with five bedrooms, three fireplaces, and a wine cellar on the lower level. Outside, there are multiple terraces and decks -- both open and covered -- two outdoor fireplaces, a pool, and a carport. Situated on 23 acres of rolling hills, the property has plenty of room for the extensive equestrian facilities: a rambling stable and barn, riding rings, a horse trainer's house, covered stalls, and paddocks. Also on the gorgeous grounds are two private wells, a two-acre avocado grove, numerous citrus trees, rose gardens, and a koi pond.
