Fire crews arrived on the scene quickly and were able to get the 6-year-old to safety, reports WFOR.
Rosello reportedly fled in the midst of the rescue but later showed up at the hospital where her daughter had been taken.
Custody of the young girl has been temporarily assigned to the maternal grandmother, who spoke publicly after the bond hearing, noting Rosello has been suffering from depression for some time and unable to find help.
