Naeem Khan Shares His Inspiration for Fall 2016

He is a master of all things glitz and glam -- and every single time we see a Naeem Khan collection on the runway, we're more and more dazzled. We had the opportunity to speak with the designer before the show, and he told us a few of the things he's most excited about for this season -- and it was clear which was his favorite moment.

For his Fall/Winter 2016 collection, Naeem partnered with the Make-A-Wish foundation to grant the wish of one very special little girl, 11-year-old Trinity Faith Moran. Trinity wanted to walk in a runway show during New York Fashion Week, and Naeem jumped at the chance to grant her that wish. He designed her a custom gown in vibrant bright red, and walked with her during the finale. (Needless to say the applause at that moment was monumental.)

The collection itself was eye-catching, glittering, and oh-so-fabulous. We caught ourselves imagining each on on the red carpet throughout the year -- especially the selection of gold gowns at the end of the show.

When we spoke with Naeem before the show, he told us his favorite color is red. Certainly no surprise when you see the collection! Red, gold, and black dominated this runway. It was a fierce show to behold -- and we love that Trinity was dressed in gorgeous red as well. Click through below to see the collection in full!
