Heather Mills is careful to keep her daughter out of the public eye.

Paul McCartney's ex, who welcomed their daughter, Beatrice McCartney, in 2003, opens up in a new Oprah: Where Are They Now? about making sure her "miracle child" is shielded from celebrity life.

"I rarely talk about my daughter. I'm really proud of the fact that I have kept her image protected," Mills reveals. "She's not mixing in celebrity lifestyles. She's not out in public places."

McCartney and Mills were married in 2002, and separated in 2006, before divorcing in 2008.
