The singer-songwriter will write and record an original song that will appear in Disney's upcoming film Alice Through the Looking Glass.

"I like quirky and I like weird, and this movie is one of the more quirky and creative stories," the singer-songwriter said during a Disney-produced featurette.

Pink also will be covering Jefferson Airplane's "White Rabbit" for the movie's marketing campaign.

The film is the sequel to 2010's Alice in Wonderland, which was based on Lewis Carroll's children's stories and was directed by Tim Burton, with Mia Wasikowska starring as Alice and Johnny Depp as the Mad Hatter. Rhys Ifans, Helena Bonham Carter and Sacha Baron Cohen also star in the upcoming pic, which will be scored by Danny Elfman.

Alice Through the Looking Glass is set to hit theaters May 27.
