Elon Musk cancels Tesla order of 'super rude' customer
Elon Musk does not take criticism about his businesses lightly.
This is the lesson venture capitalist Stewart Alsop learned after he openly complained about Tesla Motors and got his car order canceled by the CEO himself.
The conflict began on September 30th when Alsop wrote about a Model X launch event that he claims had a delayed start with no apologies, did not allow test drives as promised, and lacked "real food."
It was titled, "Dear @ElonMusk: You should be ashamed of yourself."
In a recent follow-up post, Alsop reveals that Musk told him directly that his pending order for a Tesla Model X has been canceled.
Musk has since tweeted, "Must be a slow news day if denying service to a super rude customer gets this much attention."
