Kim Zolciak-Biermann is at it again!
The former "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star continued her trend of undergoing bizarre beauty treatments on Monday when she underwent a "butt freeze."

Laying face-down on an exam table, Zolciak-Biermann flaunted her hourglass figure and put all of her assets on display in a white t-shirt and skimpy black panties.
"Venus Freeze at Magnolia Med Spa this morning," she wrote. "Gotta keep my sh*t tight! #BeachBoundTomorrow#LastWeekBeforeIStartFilming#StarBucksInHandOfCourse"
