Fab or flop: Emma Roberts' minidress, Ruby Rose's leather skinnies and more

This week, Emma Roberts totally gets an A+ for her flawless school uniform-esque ensemble. We're in love with it all, from her gray tweed minidress layered over a simple black long-sleeved tee to her black patent brogues and trendy sunnies.

The "Scream Queens" star wasn't the only one to turn heads on the street -- Ruby Rose, Hilary Duff and Margot Robbie are all among this week's street style winners with their simple, effortless ensembles with a chic payoff.

Chloe Moretz, Rumer Willis and Kelly Osbourne were among this week's style losers. One thing they all had in common was a little too much look. Mismatched outfits can lead to sartorial genius, but only if effortless and not overthought. Osbourne was definitely guilty of overthinking her LA outfit -- pairing her gauzy floral skirt with black and white shoes just didn't work.
