Oops, it's selling again!

The 4,400-square-foot apartment located in the heart of Manhattan's Greenwich Village that has been home to an unbelievable roster of celebs (think Britney Spears, Richard Simmons and Keith Richards) is on the market once again.

Located at 14 E. 4th St, the home spans four floors (including the penthouse, of course). Anchor Associates listed the apartment for $9 million last year, but after a difficult market showing, the asking price has been dropped $7.6 million.

According to the New York Post, the pad features a wood-burning fireplace, a chef's kitchen and a terrace with breathtaking views.

Here's to hoping the unit gets off the market and finds someone eager to say "Gimme shelter" inside its walls.
