After over indulging in a few too many cookies, cocktails and deliciously rich meals over the holidays I'm more than ready to get back on track and fall back into my usual food + fitness routine. I keep a pretty clean diet and try to stay away from processed food, refined sugars and "junk" food (I don't restrict myself, If I want to eat a cookie I will but I'll stop after one...usually!) and try to work out 5-6 days a week. Over the last few years I've really found that a mixture of running, hiking, hot yoga, stand up paddling and kickboxing work best for me but nothing gets me more motivated to get back into the swing of things than a new workout outfit. I've rounded up my fav pieces that are sure to jump start your workouts in the New Year!

When I'm getting dressed for a run I always reach for these running shorts and when it's time for yoga you can almost always find me in Onzie leggings like these. They're my absolute favorite and I never have to worry about them being see through in downward dog. I recently picked up one of these water bottles which will keep your water cold for up to 24 hours- it's pretty amazing & I highly recommend it if you're looking for a good reusable water bottle!
