Kourtney Kardashian Reflects on Year Full of 'Changes,' Reveals Her New Year's Resolutions

Kourtney Kardashian shared her New Year's resolutions in a blog posted to her website on Wednesday.

Her main focus seems to be to remember to take of herself. She writes that she wants to allow herself to "feel" her emotions and "to travel and be adventurous."

She also wants "to live more in the present and less on [her] phone," "to continue on the workout mission that [she] started this year," "to continue to straighten [her] relationship with Jesus," and to "refocus [her] priorities, making sure that [she] is high on the list (children, God, me, family above all else...)."

Kourtney is the mother to three children with ex Scott Disick: Mason, 6, Penelope, 3, and Reign, 12 months.

The estranged couple ended their nine-year relationship after Scott was spotted on vacation with an ex-girlfriend in July. Scott subsequently checked into rehab in Malibu.

The split might have given Kourtney more motivation to hit the gym, as she's been flooding her Instagram with stunning workout selfies even over the holidays!
