Girl Writes Hilarious Note After Hearing the Truth About Santa

PASADENA, Md. — Last week a Maryland mom shared a photo of a letter her daughter wrote after finding out the truth about Santa.

Nicki Adams explained on Facebook that her daughter repeatedly asked her and her husband about Santa, so they decided to be honest.

Their daughter, Belle, responded to the shocking truth about Santa by writing a letter to her parents.

Belle's letter reads:

"You have no idea what you just did. I really tried to believe. Everyone told me it's your parents. I can't believe you anymore. Is the Easter bunny real, how bout the tooth fairy, huh? You just ruined a 10 year old child's LIFE thanks.

Nothing will make me feel better. You lied to me about something I loved. That BROKE my heart

Adams told BuzzFeed News that she's gotten a lot of feedback since she posted the photo.

"This letter was a snapshot in time and we thought other families could relate to the dilemma," Adams said.

"Christmas is about miracles and believing in magic," Adams told BuzzFeed News. "And after the initial shock, Belle knows that and is helping to make Christmas magic for others."
