Teresa Giudice is headed home for the holidays!

The table-flipping 'Real Housewife of New Jersey' will be released from prison on Dec. 23 -- two days before Christmas -- and will be headed home to her big family in New Jersey.

With her 15-month sentence for fraud charges coming to an end, sources told E! News that "literally the only thing she cares about is returning to her family." They added that her kids are her only focus right now.

The Giudices have famously celebrated the holidays in a major way in the past, but they are allegedly toning it down this year, opting for a more low-key family affair.

Teresa's husband, Joe, will start his sentence early next year.
