Adele performs 'Hello,' debuts shorter hair on 'X Factor': Watch
Adele brought her hit single "Hello" to The X Factor stage for her first-ever performance on the U.K. show. Her appearance aired on the season finale on Sunday, Dec. 13.

"I've honestly been waiting like half my life to do this," Adele, who also debuted a new short bob haircut, said. "I'm so excited to be here."

Even so, it seems like her nerves almost got the best of her while she sang in front of the panel of judges.
"I could never do that again, I don't think. I couldn't even look them in the eye," she admitted.
