After a nine month deployment, Fort Campbell soldier Trent Baskerville and his wife decided the best way to spread their holiday cheer was to surprise their two little girls for his homecoming.

With the help of Santa, Baskerville was able to surprise his daughters with their favorite present of all. In the clip above, Santa asks the little girls what they want for Christmas, in which the oldest daughter replies, "I want my daddy to come home."

Thanks to the magic of Saint Nicholas, and Trent's wife, Santa told her to close her eyes and he was going to see what he was able to do. Out from behind a pile of makeshift presents in the center of the Governors Square Mall in Clarksville, Tennessee, appears Trent.

As soon as the oldest daughter opens her eyes, she is shocked and excited to see her father! Talk about a true Christmas miracle.

It's safe to say that military homecomings are always sure to bring a tear to your eye. Check out another moving homecoming in the clip below.
