Jeff Bezos offers space trip to Donald Trump

Donald Trump is a huge fan of rants, and in one of his latest, he had many disparaging words about Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos.

The presidential candidate tweeted up a storm and in the process accused Bezos of using his ownership of the Washington Post as a way to sidestep taxes.

Trump also commented, "If @amazon ever had to pay fair taxes, its stock would crash and it would crumble like a paper bag. The @washingtonpost scam is saving it!"

While Bezos could have pointed out that his company is profitable, and that the Washington Post is a personal holding and not a factor in Amazon's tax matters, he went another route.

Bezos took to Twitter as well, writing, "Finally trashed by @realDonaldTrump. Will still reserve him a seat on the Blue Origin rocket. #sendDonaldtospace."
