2016 NFL Draft order heading into Week 14
The first NFL team has been mathematically eliminated from the 2015 NFL playoffs and many more are on the outside looking in (sorry, Browns). For those teams' fans they are already thinking ahead to the NFL Draft and how their team can improve for the 2016 season April cannot come soon enough.
Traditionally, there are 32 picks in each round, but because of the New England Patriots' punishment surrounding DeflateGate they will not have a first round pick at the 2016 NFL Draft. Below is a list of the current draft order as the league heads into Week 14. This order is not set in stone and should move around slightly as teams will continue to shift in the final four games of the season.
The last twelve teams are currently in a playoff spot. Their order will fluctuate based on the actual 12 teams to make the playoffs and how they end up doing. The winner of Super Bowl 50 will be given the 31st spot. Additionally, the winner of the NFC East could end up picking deep into the first round despite the division's leader only having five wins with four games left.
