The Richmond, Virginia SPCA is currently offering free pet adoptions during the month of December.



The magical event began Dec. 3 and runs until Dec. 18., during which time you can adopt an animal for free at the Richmond SPCA, located at 2519 Hermitage Road in Richmond, Virginia.
