In the new trailer for the fifth season of HBO's "Girls," Lena Dunham, Allison Williams, Jemima Kirke and Zosia Mamet are finally growing up, and maybe growing apart.

"Girls grow up, they grow apart, but friendship is forever complicated," text reads in the trailer.

The trailer foreshadows a wedding, but also seems to finally address why these girls that seem to hate each other are even still friends. At the beginning of the show, Hannah (Dunham), Marnie (Williams) and Jessa (Kirke) were as close as can be as they maneuvered through boyfriends, careers and life. However, many fans saw the friends drift apart in recent seasons.

"Why are you so mean to me?" Hannah asks Jessa in the trailer.

"I'm always mean to you," Jessa responds.

"Yeah, but usually it's way nicer."
