This Florida pastor is protesting what he calls the "homosexual agenda" behind the latest LGBT Human Rights Ordinance, which protects the trans community to use the bathroom appropriate to their gender identity.

Pastor Kenneth Adkins of Jacksonville, Florida has been dressing up as a woman as a way to "defy" the latest transgender bathroom ordinance, which he claims "lets 'men' into women's bathrooms."

Adkins claimed that he was going to disrupt the Duval County Democratic Gala, saying: "Miss Jane in her very short Red Dress will deliver a message to the Homosexuals that have taken over the Duval Democratic Party."

Annise Parker, the "out" mayor from Houston who spoke at the Nov. 30 banquet, told Fox News just how hurtful Adkins words are:

Despite his Facebook promises, Adkins did not disrupt the event.
