Katie Holmes has been through a lot -- from her very public romance and divorce to Tom Cruise, her outings with daughter Suri and an alleged feud with Leah Remini. Still, Holmes wouldn't change any of it. "I don't regret anything that I've done," the Holmes tells magazine Ocean Drive. "I've learned from everything, and everything sort of leads you to the next place. I just keep going."

Holmes insists in the interview that in spite of her life in the spotlight, she lives a normal life. She walks around on the streets of New York, tries to eat healthy when she can but goes into a food coma during Thanksgiving -- and carries around a cracked iPhone. "I think most people have cracked iPhones," she said. "I've just been too busy."

And like most mothers, her daughter, now 9, motivates her in a major way. "[Motherhood] changes you completely in such amazing ways, and I think that you become who you were meant to be," the actress explained in the interview. "Being a parent also is a source of inspiration to just work really hard. You want to set an example—and, you know, [your kids] are what drives you." Holmes and Suri have been spotted enjoying each other's company -- even applying makeup together!
