On E! "The Royals," now in its second season, Alexandra Park plays Princess Eleanor, who's more likely to wind up on the cover of every British tabloid than ever occupying the throne.

Her fictional family is a hot mess: her dad, the king, is dead. Her nefarious uncle now has the title. And her mother (Elizabeth Hurley) has a contentious relationship with her entire family.

"Eleanor is going to try to calm down but she has a lot going on. Things have gone off the rails in her life quite a bit. She's not in the best place. She's not quite ready to accept that she's illegitimate," says Park. "She'll get it together in her own time. I'm quite enjoying pulling apart the mess she is right now. She's really flawed and real. I like playing that side of her."

So we asked Park if she ever gets confused for her character, racoon eyes, tiny panties, hangovers and all. Nope, and here's why.

1. Unlike Eleanor, says Park, "I'm not crazy drunk all the time."

2. She's not remotely obsessed with royalty, real or otherwise. "I never really was as excited about it as I know a lot of people are," she says.

3. She'd never want to wear the crown, but if she could switch places with one real blue-blood for a day, she wouldn't even pick Prince William. "Probably Prince Harry. He looks cool and like he has a nice," says Park.

4. Eleanor is all about glam leather and teeny ensembles. "I'm happy dressing up at my royal and then dressing back as Alex at the end of the day. I'm totally casual, a bit more of a tomboy in jeans," says Park.

5. And no thank you, she'd never want Eleanor's notoriety, or to ever wind up chased by paparazzi. Should that ever happen, says Park, "I'd stay in my house or go to an island. Go to Australia and get a hut and lots of dogs."

As for our favorite actual royal, here's a glimpse at Duchess Catherine.
