In her stunning December Vogue cover shoot and interview with Jonathan Van Meter, Lawrence opened up about plethora of topics, while her charismatic, vibrant personality radiates off the page.

Van Meter explains in the article that the day he is at Lawrence's house for the interview, "also happens to be the day after the infamous county clerk Kim Davis gets out of jail, where she had been sent for defying a court order requiring her to issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples."

He says that Lawrence brings the topic up, referring to Davis as that "lady who makes me embarrassed to be from Kentucky."
