Zack Greinke is one of the best pitchers in baseball. He won the 2009 AL Cy Young Award while he was with the Kansas City Royals. Even if he doesn't beat out Chicago Cubs RHP Jake Arrieta for this year's NL Cy Young, he's about to make some serious money after opting out of his deal with the Los Angeles Dodgers to become a free agent.

LA Metro wants Zack back and is willing to offer the competitive right-hander free bus rides for life!

Greinke could find himself with all the money he could ever want. What a better way to get around in style in Los Angeles than on LA Metro bus. Keep in mind that Greinke is a bit on the eccentric side, with his grown-out, blonde hair shamelessly hanging out of his Dodger Blue ball cap.

This is the same guy whose walk-up song is Wham!'s "Careless Whisper." He must either love George Michael more than Jason Bateman on Arrested Development or finds a certain calmness coming from the soothing saxophone that even Duke Silver would be envious of. Perhaps this explains Zack Greinke's surprisingly great approach at the plate for a Big League pitcher.

What if the contract negotiations come to a standstill between Greinke and the Los Angeles Dodgers? Would the free bus rides around LA be the ultimate kicker for the resilient righthander from Apopka, Florida? Look forward to the Careless Whisper possibly returning to LA, only this time on a LA Metro bus as the Car-less Whisper. Or he could just take the highest offer and go to the New York Yankees...
