Washington Redskins Defensive Rookies Pick Up $22K Dinner Tab

They recently picked up the tab for such a meal and the bill was roughly $22,000. That included gratuity.

Freshman linebacker Preston Smith was among 4 people who covered the check, but said the total wasn't entirely shocking.

In fact, he commented, "It wasn't as bad as I thought it may have been."

Veteran player Chris Baker was among the diners who shared a picture of the bill on social media.

His Instagram post is captioned, "Great dinner tonight I LOVE THE ROOKIESTHEY GOT MONEY."
